Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the equipment you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack With Care
Securely pack the item in its original manufacturer's box, including all cables, manuals, and remote controls to ensure a full refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your shipping carton, covering any previous tracking barcodes.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our technicians verify the item's condition and serial number, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
