How do you ensure safe shipping for fragile electronics and vinyl?

We use high-grade, double-walled corrugated boxes and anti-static bubble wrap for all electronics. Vinyl records are shipped in specialized 'whiplash' mailers to prevent corner dings and seam splits during transit.

What is your return policy on opened hardware?

Electronics can be returned within 30 days of delivery. If the item has been opened, a 15% restocking fee may apply, and the product must be returned with all original packaging and accessories.

Do you offer warranties on turntables and speakers?

Yes, all new electronics come with a full manufacturer's warranty. Seasick Records also offers a 90-day store guarantee against functional defects on all certified refurbished gear.

Can I cancel a pre-order for a limited edition release?

Pre-orders can be cancelled for a full refund up until the shipping process begins. Please note that for highly limited electronic components or vinyl box sets, cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours before the official release date.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to over 50 countries. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees incurred upon the arrival of electronics in their destination country.
